Y’all need to stop selling lifetime alignment if you don’t want service them! I have 2 lifetime alignment and came in to buy the 3rd. The technician forgot to do my tire rotation and lied about it, I spoke to Chris he admitted they forgot but now wanted me to wait till the next car finished I explained to him that I don’t have time for that! Then Chris proceeded to ask me sit down or leave! I don’t get it, you make mistake you fix it you don’t make it the customers problem and then ask me not come back to the store! I would really like to speak to corporate about the Lifetime alignment mismanagement. Just don’t sell it if you don’t want to work on them! Nevertheless he didn’t change me but that’s not the point I didn’t come for a free alignment. I still need a tire rotation!

They charge too much and they don’t do the right job. I’ll pay $200 balancing my tires and they don’t do it right when I come back tell the guys the guy say I have to pay $100 more to do it again. Wish me I left the shower for like 20 minutes and come back. Why did I have to pay for something that I already paid for? I don’t think that’s right.

I’ve had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Chamblee. Chris always gives honest advice about what actually needs to be done to keep my Jeep safe and running well. I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain things clearly and never pushes unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your vehicle, and Chris and the team have definitely earned mine. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood exactly what my vehicle needed. Christopher took the time to visually show me the issue, thoroughly explain the condition of my vehicle and the recommended services, and why they were important without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence and trust throughout the entire process. The service was smooth, transparent, and completed professionally.
